Please read prior your appointment

Time: Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment.

Location: Look for the large green awning with 670 printed on it. Please enter the glass door and proceed up one flight of stairs. Enter the door with the life-size deer painted on the front (you can’t miss it), take your shoes off and have a seat in the waiting area. There is no elevator in this building.

Parking: Parking is generally available on Centre Street and surrounding side streets for 1-2 hours. Please check the signage and plan for time to park. There is also a large free parking lot behind Blanchards and Cafe Nero - a 5 minute walk to the office.

Attire: Please wear loose comfortable clothing such as gym shorts, baggie yoga pants (not yoga tights) and t shirts. Many acupuncture points are easily accessible on the arms, legs, belly and back. If other areas of your body are needed, I may ask you to undress in privacy and you will be fully draped with a sheet.

No empty stomachs: Please eat at least one meal prior to your appointment.

Face Mask: Masks are available in the waiting room. The waiting room is used for multiple practitioners and we have immunocompromised patients that come in for care. Please be conscientious. If you or your family or roommates are ill, please wear a mask. If YOU are acutely sick, please call the office at 617-533-3610 prior to your appointment and we will decide the best course of action (possible reschedule of your appointment).

Please bring to your FIRST appointment: Any western medical diagnoses, blood work, written reports of X-ray or MRI and a current list of prescription medications.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and re-scheduled sessions will be subject to a full charge if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time. Patients who are more than 30 minutes late for their appointment, will not be seen. Late patients will be charged the full fee regardless of the length of visit. If you are canceling, please call the office at 617-533-3610. (This number does not receive text messages.)
